The hotel did their best in granting my request for rooms on the 5th Floor for myself, husband, son and daughter. what a great surprise to have a lovely vase of flowers waiting for us in our room, and they managed to give us the same room as we had on our previous visit. Great Customer Service. The hotel staff, irrespective in which area they work, were friendly, attentive and always willing to assist. We will definitely be returning.

オーストラリアWe use the Grand as our transit hotel. Like the food and service so we come back often for meals. Great for late night arrivals, reception always manned.

バヌアツBreakfast was full buffet and served by extremely friendly staff. The entire hotel team was very helpful and couldn't be nicer. On the last day when our organised taxi didn't arrive the security man waited on the street to flag one for us to get us to the airport on time.
オーストラリアIn the heart of Port Vila, a tiny city that will disappoint you as is boring ( not even one decent cafe you can sit and enjoy a drink!!) and dark at night! The hotel is a diamond that needs to be polished again. Probably a palace at the time it was built. Super spacious panorama suite with marble bathroom, super clean and the view to die for. Staff was more than smiley and helpful, extremely polite. Pool area needs a serious renovation but nobody usually visits this part of hotel as most ppl probably go to a beach. I didn’t try the restaurant. Breakfast was ok I didn’t expect anything more. I would stay again. Something ppl make the place and not the chairs and the flower arrangements. 100 m from the amazing fruit and veg market. Tip: try the Thai restaurant across the street and you will thank me as the city is so poor in restaurants you will thank me. One of the best Thai I ve ever had out of Thailand. Passion fruit icecream fabulous right next door.
