Гостевой дом расположен в Алуште в 800м от центральной набережной и моря. имеются отдельные коттеджи и двухкомнатный дом. В вашем распоряжении все удобства, двор, мангал, парковка. Есть сад, много цветов, зелени и роз. Из окон открывается великолепный вид на город, гору Демерджи, частично море. Гостевой дом граничит с парком санатория "Алуштинский", поэтому у нас на территории всегда чистый воздух .Гостевой дом находится чуть на возвышенности рядом с центральной улицей Горького, которая ведет к морю, поэтому из окон открывается великолепная панорама города, горы Демерджи, справа - моря. вторая дорога приведет к пляжам Профессорского уголка. Гостевой дом располагается на участке 8 соток земли,.
занимаюсь благоустройством своего гостевого дома и придомовой территории с садом.
Гостевой дом расположен в живописном месте. Рядом находится красивейший парк. Поблизости находятся магазины, кафе, супермаркет, в 10 минутах ходьбы автовокзал и троллейбусная станция.В пяти минутах ходьбы дельфинарий, аквариум , "Крым в миниатюре".В получасе ходьбы от дома , в Профессорском уголке есть аквапарк. Рядом с домом общественная остановка транспорта
