Номера оснащены телевизором с кабельным тв ,кондиционером, электрочайником, холодильником, шкафом, кроватью.В номерах есть собственная ванная комната с душем. Гости могут самостоятельно готовить на общей кухне и пользоваться микроволновой печью и стиральной машиной. По всей территории есть wi-fi (бесплатно). Частная парковка неподалеку (требуется предварительный заказ ,возможно по цене 100 рублей в день). По запросу организуеться трансфер от и до аэропорта г. Симферополь(платно).
Гостиный дом Первомай находится в центре города, в районе Автовокзала (150м). Рядом с домом находится: продуктовый магазин (50 м), овощной рынок (100м), рядом минимаркет ПУД и минимаркет Фуршет (170м). До центральной набережной 20мин ходьбы по прямой или одна остановка на автобусе или троллейбусе. Остановка от нас (100м).
