We arrived in the nick of time before a long, torrential thunderstorm, so it was a treat to watch the show across the canyon from the (covered, obviously) porch of the chalet. Very remote-feeling, romantic, secluded and super-comfortable. The property manager helpfully pointed us toward a great hike, and and brought a delicious breakfast spread we ordered in the A.M. Perfect location about midway through Rugova Canyon, with a terrific view across the valley. Price is very fair for the experience. Fast wifi.

Another great visit to Chalet Kujta! It's clean, quiet, and has wonderful views of the mountains. The food is excellent and the host is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The bed is very comfortable and the wifi works well and is fast. The host was thoughtful and placed a fan in the room to help with the warm afternoons. The fridge, microwave, and water kettle are wonderful to enjoy simple meals in the room.

Incredible host, breakfast, location, views, room - everything! The property was beautiful with floor to ceiling windows looking out to an amazing view. The bed was very comfy with a memory foam mattress and soft blankets. The host was kind and knowledgable. He even helped us arrange a caving trip nearby. The breakfast included is so good, we even started to copy it once we got back home. You can ask for an omelette even if you prefer. We ate dinner there as well and ended up enjoying it more than when we went out to other restaurants nearby. The peppers and cream were so good! The location is perfect for accessing all the hiking and adventures in the Rugova Valley. You can even drive up the hill from the chalet where you will find a beautiful look out spot. You are also only about a 15 minute drive from the city of Peja, so still very easy to access. Best place you can stay in Rugova!

    Hi, yes, some Chalets have a barbecue and some don't, there is a bus that runs from the bus station in Peje to Rugove, at 08:00 in the morning and at 15:00 in the afternoon, departing from the bus station in Peje!

    Hello dear, From Peja bus station is there a bus and drop of tourist near to the Chalet with price 2€ pp, and our privat transfer is around from 15€ to 20€ car! Thank you

Our resort is 15min drive from the city, reaches 1050m above sea level, the village is visited by tourists from all over the world, The Chalet Kujta, erected in the first village of Rugova-Shtupeq i Madh, is situated about 500 metres from the main road and 85 kilometres from Pristina Airport.

Property info

The Chalet's have privat parking, balconies and privat terraces, a restaurant only 10m away and a small shops where they can buy cigarettes, snacks etc. The night is quiet, you can order food or drinks from the restaurant to your terrace if you want! Safe and good water to drink from the mountains to!

Neighborhood info

Our company is 100% close to the tourist, we offer a variety of activities in nature and in the city, we have local guides who know every trail and corner of the Rugova Mountain area, speaks English as well, we always support the tourist, and offer maximum security for them ! During the stay in our resort we invite you to book attractions such as: Hiking trips, Biking tours, Cultural tours, Transfers, Cave exploration and Via ferrata.
