Lovely spacious apartment located on the water's edge in the world-renowned Habour Island Marina Estate. The apartment is stylish and elegantly decorated and has three spacious en-suite bedrooms, two with it's own balcony overlooking the marina. The kitchen and living area is open plan and spacious with beautiful ocean and mountain views. Sliding doors lead to a wraparound balcony with built-in braai and overlooks the marina. You will feel like you are in paradise.
I have been in the hospitality industry for the biggest part of my life and joined the Real Estate industry three years ago. I started my own vacation rental agency Dream View Accommodation about a year ago. All my properties have beautiful views and are walking distance to amenities and beaches. I love to make guest feel welcome and to make sure that they have a wonderful time while staying at one of my establishments.
Gordon's Bay is a small picturesque seaside town on the eastern side of False Bay. Framed with exquisite views of the Hottentots Holland mountain slopes in the background, it enjoys the warm Mediterranean climate. The old village is charming and full of character with the center point being the Old Harbour with its bustling boats and luxury yachts. Restaurants, pubs, and white sandy beaches are all within walking distance, as well as a unique book shop and shell shop, and the famous Uncle Barry's ice cream parlor. A short boat ride or a 3km drive takes you to the new blue flag Harbour Island Estate with mariner's wharf with more restaurants and the 4 star Krystal beach hotel. World-renowned wine estates and golf courses are a short drive away and it's a 35-minute drive to Cape Town International Airport. The 21km scenic coastal Clarence drive from Gordon's Bay to Rooi-Els is breathtaking with lots of lovely stops along the way and is the gateway to the whale haven of Hermanus.
