37 on Eagles is a beautiful double storey House in the renowned Eagle’s Landing Estate at Hartbeespoort Dam. The house has 4 bedrooms, two on each side, - 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs with two communal/sharing kitchens on opposite sides of the house. It is spacious and very comfortable, offering the best of indoor living. Guests will share the common areas such as the passageways, entry and exit entrances, the kitchen and dining area inside the house. The rooms upstairs have two balconies, one in front and one at the back. only the front balcony is furnished, while the back balcony is used to simply look at the view or get some fresh air. The pool is not at the house, it is within the estate, a few minutes walk from the house. The rooms do not have a dam view and neither does the house. The house is subject to load shedding, there is no back up power, however you will have access to a gas stove and back up side lamps on the bed.
