The house is located at the 43 Fevertree Village, which is a gated Estate and well looked after. It is in the quiet neighbourhood and en-ruite to Mozambique and 15 minutes from Sudwala caves and 20 minutes to the Kruger National Park and the 3 roundavels and gods window. The 3 bedroom house has a newly renovated kitchen unit and freshly painted walls. Guests are able to book the 2 air-conditioned bedrooms which they use privately during their stay. The 1st bedroom is an En-suite with a private bathroom. The 2nd room has a double bed and guests have access to a shared shower in the house. The other facilities like the open plan kitchen, sitting and dining room are shared with the host or other guests. The house has a braai area on the outside terrace where guests can relax with their family or friends. Guests have access to 2 private parking spaces as the house allows a maximum of 4 guests as per body corporate rules.
I am a bubbly lady who is warm and friendly to all guests. I'm willing to go the extra mile within reasonable extent and respectful to everyone irrespective of age. I am willing to give guests the privacy they need, if it is their preference. I am good with communication and request guests to make prior arrangements of their needs to make it easier to implement and plan before arrival. I'm honest in everything I do and conduct myself with the highest integrity in my business. The guests are welcomed personally by me and I always ask them to feel at home and treat my house as they would treat their own, with respect and consideration.
The Estate is near the newly built Valley Hyper shopping complex which has a Checkers Hypermarket, Dischem, Debonairs Pizza, Fisherways and Steers. There is a car wash and dry cleaning or laundromat for the convenience of guests. Opposite is the Orchards Village Spar complex which has a medical practitioner, clinic and pharmacy as well as Mochachos restaurant. The filling station is 2 minutes drive and next to N4 highway. The Estates is 5 minutes to town and other restaurants like Nandos, Galitos and McDonalds. Ilanga Mall is 6 minutes and the Riverside Mall is 10 minutes. The property is 2 minutes away from Mediclinic private hospital and 5 minutes from Rob Ferrera Hospital
