The staff were all phenomenal. Location couldn’t get any better, there is a watering hole in front of the pool that the elephants come up and drink out of. It was absolutely one of a kind.

The staff and facilities at Bukela lodge were absolutely amazing! We felt beyond catered to the entire time that we were there. We spent 4 nights which gave us a great opportunity to see so much of the wild life but also feel completely relaxed every day. We hope to be able to return to Bukela in the future, their staff and facility are worth every cent, we just wish we could have stayed longer!

Bukela gave us the full safari experience! Beautiful tents located in the middle of the African bush. We met a few wild animals around our cabin and it was very exciting! The food was delicious and just at the right amount. Game drives were EXCELLENT! We loved our ranger CV, he was very informative and he was the main reason we enjoyed our stay so much.

We loved our stay at Bukela! The staff was great. Very polite and welcoming. Our room was perfect! Very clean and well equipped. They really care about the details. The safari was also great! Our ranger was really experient and kind. We could see all the Big Fives. Amakhala reserve is really nice too. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

the dining was great. the chef tried a different menu everyday. I wanted sometimes a vegetarian plate and got it. They arranged a nice table for us with decoration and champagne to celebrate a family event our ranger, jonathan, was the best - so much knowledge. he made our safari experience memorable

Fabulous setting, extremely hard working staff who go the extra mile to make sure you've enjoyed your stay. accomodation was excellent, very clean and a very comfortable bed. Food and service all excellent. Our accomodation overlooked the water hole and it was amazing to see the elephants in their natural habitat, monkeys playing at the waters edge and warthogs running around. It was a magical stay and one we won't forget. A big thank you to all the staff especially our wonderful ranger Lungelo a highly knowledgeable and very charismatic young man who made sure we all had a fantastic time.

The food was good and was a lot. Drinks All Inclusive. The view from our cottage was not very nice. But other cottages had a nice view. Game Drive and Ranger were amazing. We have seen a big 5 in one day.

Absolutely amazing experience! The game drives with Johno were incredible. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about his work. The staff was so lovely. My husband wasn't feeling well and they did all could to make him feel comfortable. The lodge was stunning. Exactly what I imagined. Thanks so much to the amazing team. We hope to be back😊
