The cottage is about 50m2 in size. It is completely fenced off with a private automated gate entry with free on-site covered parking. There is one bedroom with en suite bathroom comprising a shower, basin and toilet. There is open open plan kitchen and living area with a dining counter. Built in 2024, so all finishes are up to date. There is a smart TV capable of streaming and Wi-Fi of 50 mbp and DSTV Compact Pakage.
