Nestled in the heart of the Magaliesburg neighboring Mountain Sanctuary Park, spend a peaceful retreat in a globally awarded UNESCO biosphere. The house is within Utopia Nature Estate which offers a wide range of activities, from walk and bike trails, camp sites along the Sterkstroom river which flows through the estate, to tennis and Put Put as well access to 3 communal swimming pools within the estate. This home which is fully off grid, powered by solar and gas, comes with free wireless internet which works perfect for streaming ShowMax and Netflix. It also works well with working from home applications such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. The electricity is just right for running and charging Digital Devices. The house comes with its private outdoor fire pit and braai aeria.
You can change the way a house looks, but you can't change where it is.
Nearby surrounding activities include Mountain Sanctuary Park for hiking up the Magaliesburg mountains, Sparkling Waters Hotel and Spa which offers full day Spa, Magalies Canopy Tour for Ziplining. Buffelspoort dam for picnicking. Not too leave out you will be near to most poplar tourist sites within the North West which include Ten Flags Theme Park, Sun City and Pilanesberg Nature Reserve.
