This is your home from home, while you stay with us on your much deserved holiday! This newly renovated, luxury one bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor above the Marina canal and offers spectacular views from the lounge and the bedroom. This apartment can sleep two adults in the bedroom, and a child in the lounge if organised with the owner in advance. The fully equipped self-catering kitchen has all the necessary appliances to make your stay comfortable. Gulmarn 205 offers you a Queen sized extra-length bed with a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. The lounge is the ideal place to sit and relax after a day of sightseeing. Both the bedroom and the lounge have a television and the apartment has a Guesthouse DSTV satellite package. The lounge television has a BluRay DVD player. Appliances in the apartment include; Two televisions, A BluRay player in the lounge, Washing machine and tumble dryer, Dishwasher, and Nespresso Machine
