The most beautiful comfortable Self Catering units..., Interior and outside sculpture and garden is stunning. Marelise the host, welcomed us with the warmest hospitality, Marelise and the rest of the team made my roadtrip so much easier. Thank You for the most stunning accommodation in Hermanus..., In Afrikaans the area are called "Hemel Op Aarde" transtalled in English "Heaven on Earth" and it was 🌍🌍🌍

It's a pity we only stayed for three nights at Hornbill House. The apartment on the first floor was so charming, impeccably clean and furnished with much love. We really enjoyed the spacious shower stalls and the overall atmosphere of the rooms which are all decorated with local art. Right next to the apartments in the same building is a lovely café I highly recommend - Biga's Artisan Café.

Showers and gas heater were nice. Bed was very comfortable. It is close to shops, restaurants, beach and wineries without being in a loud\crowded area. There are far less harsh water restrictions in the area.
