Mananga offers a luxurious bush experience, authentically designed and decorated with two beautifully designed en-suite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lounge and patio, set beautifully in the heart of the African bush with prolific bird life & general game. If you want to dine out Protea Hotel Kruger Gate is only 700 meters away.

The owners of the house are Chris and Debbie Kane-Berman. We have always found the Bush to be a very healing and soothing space - where you can escape the realities and hectic pace of life for just a little while. We hope that Mananga has the same effect for you and that you have the most wonderfully relaxing stay. Julia and Philemon will be on-site to to host and look after you while you are at Mananga. The house was built by the previous owners (Josie and Grant Knight) with as much local goods and services as possible with the aim of space for guests. Many of the wooden features in house - such as the Kitchen Tops, Kitchen Island, TV Stand, Coat Rack, Bookshelf, Patio Table and Vanity Tables - were handcrafted by Grant and Josie on site at the house.

South Africa is home to thousands of hectares of pristine, bush veld. It is also the country which is most easily accessed from five continents, with numerous daily flights into Johannesburg from Europe, the UK, USA and Asia. From Johannesburg to Skukuza, is just a short flight to the world renowned Kruger National Park. Where guests can experience the thrill of private open vehicle game drives and "big five" wildlife sightings. The big five are known to be the 5 most dangerous animals to hunt, i.e. lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhino. Of course, no hunting is permitted in the Kruger National Park. The reserve is dedicated to the conservation of Africa's wildlife and biodiversity, supported by eco-tourism.
