Overlooking the Indian Ocean, this modern PRIVATE high-rise apartment, that's within the Capital Pearls Sky Hotel tower, sits in a complex that includes an upscale shopping mall. The unit offers direct beach access. Only a 5-minute walk from the landmark Umhlanga Lighthouse on the Umhlanga Beach, and 17 km from King Shaka International Airport. Fashionable is this apartment with feature kitchens, sitting, living areas, washer;, dryers, flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. This 2 bedroom/4 sleeper apartment with dining area, no sleep couch or day beds, and furnished balconies that offer full front ocean views. Allows for 4 adults and 1 child below 12 sharing. Room service meals are available 24/via the hotel (paid directly to them). A furnished deck and a bar are part of the hotel that you have access to. Breakfast (fee) is served at the hotel restaurant, or you can make your own in your luxury kitchen. This PRIVATE unit gives you full access to the hotel facilities and blue flag beach. An experience never to be missed, where luxury meets pleasure. Family or business travelers, the Pearl's of Umhlanga will certainly keep you coming back. (Kindly note that this is a PRIVATE unit and NOT part of the Capital Pearls hotel, however you have access to the hotel facilities. Umhlanga (Zulu: uMhlanga) is an affluent residential, commercial and resort town north of Durban on the coast of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. It is part of the eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality, which was created in 2000 and includes the greater Durban area. The name means "place of reeds" in the Zulu language, and the correct pronunciation of "hl" in Umhlanga is similar to the Welsh "ll". It is bordered by Durban North to the south and Mt Edgecombe to the west.
