We had the most amazing stay! I honestly cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. The staff was so helpful and welcoming, the facility is beautiful and blends perfectly with the scenery and the view is UNBELIEVABLE. It is a bit of a splurge, but so worth it.

The new residents lounge area and pool / seating area was delightful although they need to make sure that it is always staffed as otherwise there is very little point - we had to go and ask for someone to attend to us after waiting for over an hour. spa treatments in our room were lovely. They should always light the fires in the bar in the main restaurant to make it look appealing - each night we needed to ask for it to be lit.
