Property information

Charming four bedroom family home on the banks of the widest part of the Vaal River (+- 80m of river frontage). Providing beautiful self-catering accommodation with an open plan living area that spills onto an enclosed patio with views across rolling, manicured lawns with a private pool, lapa and fire-pit. Damage Protection This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R600 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R7,500 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R5,000 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking. Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests. While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking. PLEASE NOTE: No smoking allowed inside (incl. cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes); and no hubbly bubbly allowed at any time. No parties or events. We require all outstanding processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350 In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.
