The room was very noisy as my room was near the stairs. I could hear people walking. Also, the Aircon was making noise.

The location was perfect, close to all the cafes and tram. Very convenient. The staffs were very friendly.

Room is small, ok for us but if you’re a big person it would be cramped. No lifts but help available with bags.

Quiet, comfortable, a short distance from the centre but close to the river , with cafes and walks in the evening. Decor is calm and interesting. Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly.

Hm, I liked everything. Maybe the fact that they didn't have a bath in single rooms. But I knew that beforehand. For the rest it was perfect!

I really enjoyed the welcome, the vibe of the hotel and the rooms. I liked the little bar to get coffee, snacks of cola and enjoyed the location of the hotel. What was really well was the personal talk when checking in.

advertises larger room but most are twin singles so a bit of a bait and switch

A but if a distance from the train station (taxi) but nice neighborhood, walk to museum and local cafes. Townhouse style building, so stairs and noise that comes with guests who don’t consider others but staff was very helpful and kind!

This was not an issue for me personally but there are no elevators in the building. It is in an older house that has been converted to a hotel. The toilet in my room was separate from the sink and shower. There is one sliding door to share between the two rooms.

The staff were welcoming and so pleasant. They were there to help if I had any questions. The room size is typical for Europe, however all the amenities were there, including nice toiletries. The hotel is a short walk to restaurants, bars and cafes, but the neighbourhood is quiet.

    Super tiny place, no elevator.

We made a last minute reservation and the staff was immediately available, we could make an early check-in and leave our luggages straight to the rooms as they were already ready even before the check-in time. The receptionist was extremely kind!

There is no lift (elevator), although this was not a problem for me it might be for others.

Super friendly staff/owners of this lovely boutique hotel. Spotlessly clean - light, airy and modern room. A short tram ride from the station.

This is a lovely B&B. I was looking for something local to KMSKA and this was spot-on. The owner was really considerate and welcoming, and very happy to provide directions to some main sights in Antwerp as well as bar and food recommendations. The room was very comfy and clean. The breakfast was excellent, too. The neighbourhood is excellent for food and local bars. The historic city centre can be reached on foot as well as there being public transport options, too. I loved the honesty-box bar - that was a lovely and helpful touch.
