AustraliaEverything was great. It was small, but did not feel cramped. It was very well appointed.
Pleasant small apartment with atmosphere and personality.

United States of AmericaNeeded new sheets and a duvet cover rather than the worn blankets.
Loved the location. The street is charming and from the corner we could see Notre Dame. We conveniently took the train from Charles de Gaulle, used the elevator at the Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame Station for our numerous suitcases, and easily walked just a couple of blocks to the apartment. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. Great kitchen. Small bathroom but acceptable.

AustraliaNot a criticism but be aware that the double bed is a drop-down murphy bed to create more for space. Very comfortable bed though!
Great location and an apartment which was coach and tidy with all of the facilities for a comfortable stay. Only a stone's throw to Metro, buses, lots of eating options, and to Notre Dame . The apartment is in sync with the vibe of the area.

United States of AmericaThere's a tiny bit of street noise, but it's normal for Paris.
This is a great small apartment, perfect for 1 or 2. It is a marvel of small space design, with a murphy bed and all the possible things one would need very carefully placed. Lighting and decorating are lovely--I love the Unicorn Tapestries theme. The building is ancient but nicely renovated, and there's a lift after a couple of minor stairs. The only drawback is a little noise at night, but this is the Latin Quarter in Paris and it's to be expected. I had a very comfortable stay, and highly recommend. It's very well located for most of the tourist sites, and quite affordable for Paris.

United KingdomIn the early morning the noise of the streets woke me up a few times.
The property had everything I needed and was in a great location.

United States of AmericaIt is a small apartment, especially with the murphy bed down, but that is clear in the listing and the photos and it presented no problems for us.
Hosts were excellent about communication before, during, and after stay. We arrived later than expected and they seamlessly worked with us. Feels newly-remodeled. Unusually traveler-friendly - extra USB ports, etc.

ItalyThe host doesn't speak a word of English or any other language, so it's really difficult to communicate if you don't speak French. The area is kinda busy at night so expect people chattering and car passing in the night.
Very strategical position, near metro, train line and nearly 60% of point of interest within 30 min walk. Inside the house there's a kitchen, an oven (which we couldn't get to work), a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge and a washing machine. Bathroom is ok, lacks of bidet but has everything else, including shower gel and shampoo and a hairdryer.

United KingdomNoisy from rubbish collection for close restaurants early in the morning. Building works nearby added to the cacophony, but that will pass ...
Perfect location. Fully equipped (in a small space, done very well). Easy to get in and out (lift as well as stairs to second floor). Stay east of Bd St Michel to avoid tourist trap restaurants: shops, caviste, restos, Sorbonne, La Mutualité, Pantheon, Ile de la Cité, Ile St-Louis, etc all so close. Ditto the river quays.
