Main thing I pointed out was that the room (in Residence) should really have curtains, particularly as the street is quiet narrow and the room is easily overlooked from across the street (offices?) It has roller blinds but these are for night time and would require using lights daytime as well. Also not so great is that the building does not have a lift. The door to the street is an automatic door activated with the room fob, that’s ok but it stays open for ages after you’ve gone in or out. Unsure this is totally secure, even if there are CCTV cameras.

I stayed in a studio in the Residence this time, not the main hotel round the corner. Not the same. Still, some good things. Location always. Helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Good size and great strong shower. The breakfast ‘panier’ was very convenient and copious

No view out the window but we were out most of the time so not a big deal. The car park that went with the hotel did not check our height restriction and our roof box got stuck in the car park. We had to take our roof box off to park in the car park. If we had known this we would have planned for it. Had to take all our luggage out the roofbox in a rush while blocking other cars to get in the car park. :(

The location of the entrance was not the same as rooms within the hotel. The receptionist pointed to it but we were not shown and it was quite away from the hotel entrance. The hotel details say that its free WiFi but we did not recurve instructions for this at all. The bottom rooms of the studios seemed to be for a woman’s refuge! Children running in and out of the entrance. The duvet cover and bathroom towel was dirty! NO parking available!

The kitchen area with the ‘studio’ was very useful! Very good location for expiring Nantes although unloading the car was a nightmare!

Thought we were staying in the hotel but was directed to an apartment building round the corner. The room had a lot of little flies in it. It was really stuffy, and every time you turned over in bed it made a terrible noise

Please note that the hotel has no private parking in the hotel. We were driving around looking for it, it would have been nice to know this in advance. The public parking across the street is very close by and not very expensive, so it's a good alternative (the hotel has some reserved spaces in there).

Great place, wonderful room with little balcony, everything in the room was very new and clean. Would definitely recommend this place, great value for money and overall a very good experience.

Coffee making facilities in the room would have been useful but other than that it was faultless.

Location was perfect, very friendly helpful staff, quick check in, rooms were spotlessly clean, I had a room on the top floor (5th) and although the outside temperatures were high the room remained at an ambient temperature and the fan supplied in the room was more than adequate.

the room had a smell and with windows open the smoke smell of other guests in the apartment complex would enter the apartment as they probably tried to smoke right next to their windows into the small open area between the apartments so we kept the windows closed to avoid getting the smoke smell and without a fan / airconditioner it was warm in the apartment not a lot of day light really noisy, easy to hear other guests walking around / talking the door of the bath room really squeaked, that could easily be fixed, with 4 people in the room that noise became annoying

the easy check in, not requiring paperwork that many hotels do public parking was really close to the hotel the location is really great, bars and restaurants around, close walk to downtown areas the restaurant "le coq en pate that" was right around the corner and was just perfect for our 1 day stay the beds were really comfortable
