British Virgin IslandsNo elevator, no easy access from the car to the hotel, the bed was small, and the mattress was very bumpy and uncomfortable, and there was no phone in the room. Overall, Edinburgh was great, but we would not stay at this hotel again.
The staff were excellent and very friendly. The location was great, and it was easy to walk to everything. We especially enjoyed the Triple Tri Cafe just outside of the hotel for breakfast. The owner runs the cafe, and she is very friendly.

United KingdomThe lift was loud and slow.
Location is great, close to bus & tram stops. Reception staff very helpful when asking questions. Bar stays open late, or you can take beers up to your room. Lots of mirrors in the room.

United States of AmericaOur room, 207, was very small and tight. From a review of the floor plan it appeared to be the smallest room on the floor. Navigation around the room and bath required careful planning and orchestration. The room faced the street upon which trams run. The trams run all night and they are noisy. The ear plugs provided in the room helped silence the noise and allowed for solid sleep.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and cooked to order hot breakfast items were very good. Service was prompt. Common rooms, lobby, lounge, bar were well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is located within walking distance of the train station (Waverly) and many attractions.

AustriaWell prices seem to be high in Edinburgh, but besides that, the stay was very comfortable
Perfectly situated, less than 1 min walking distance from the Tram station, 10 to 15 minutes walk from the Old Town. Uncomplicated und friendly staff, very good breakfast, all in all I would select this hotel again.

United Arab EmiratesThe room was very small , almost in basement with no any view in the windows feel like in the jail and I have to carry my bags upstairs and downstairs without help plus there is no way for car to pickup and drop the passenger also requested a money for reason I broke the policy of smoking in the room without make sure of the problem is used that things outside the hotel facilities and then I kept it in my room so they think I used that charcoal for smoke , I and my partner not smoking persons.
The reception stuff and breakfast stuff were very polite and friendly.

NetherlandsVery small room, hardly place to put your suitcase or walk around. Very very noisy at night, constant blasting of airco’s that were situated next to our window. Bed is small, mattress bends so that you constantly roll against each other.
Location is good

United KingdomBreakfast menu was good but didn’t particularly reflect in the food. Dining room needed a refurb. Didn’t use the bar as it was dingy and didn’t have a window.
The executive class bedroom was good, spacious and pleasant overlooking the road but not noisy apart from when the tram passed by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good sized bathroom and great shower.

United KingdomOur room was on the ground floor at the back and was very dark. If we hadn't come up on the sleeper train and had no sleep I would definitely have asked to be moved. The bathroom door had glass panels which meant the bedroom was flooded with light when you used it in the middle of the night. In the Indigo in Cardiff there is a smallighf under the sink sufficient for nightime trips!
The staff and the location of the hotel were excellent. The breakfast was good although the breakfast room wasn't always adequate for the number of guests
