AustraliaDrop off and pick up restricted to taxi as tour company vehicles not allowed in narrow streets. However, it was not far to walk to and from the bus terminal

AustraliaIt feels very dark when you first enter the foyer. Doesn’t give best first impression.
Good location within easy walk of Reykjavik town centre and all the main tourist attractions. Free off-street parking. Room was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

DenmarkThe beds where lacking. You could really feel another person moving. Also lack of proper blackout curtains for the midnight sun, was not the best choice.
Nice staff, breakfast was simple, but very enjoyable!

We loved the paintings. They had more meaning for us the more we toured Iceland. We loved the breakfast. Plenty flavours and food to satisfy the whole group.

United KingdomRooms advertised as having blackout blinds, room 306 doesn't and the curtains did not keep out the light. Like trying to sleep with the light on. Also, noise from street with window open.
Location was excellent Staff very helpful.

United States of AmericaWe had a suite to accommodate my mother and myself and husband. My mother said the foldaway bed (basically a fancy cot) was comfortable. Having a door between the rooms was helpful. The whole set up was comfortable and easy. The artwork in our room and in the hotel was spectacular.
