The room was not clean and the soaps etc weren’t refreshed and there were not enough towels.

We enjoy staying at Cordis each and every time. It's always clean and tidy and the staff are always helpful.

The aircon unit and fan in bathroom were very noisy. Also a lot of young children were at the hotel during our stay , not always supervised adequately their parents. This made our room noisy in the evening and limited our use of spa and pool area unfortunately. I would recommend not going here during school holidays or weekends if you want to make it a better experience for adults.

Service excellent, Shuttle bus to and from City. Valet parking. Rooms very clean.

The only thing was that I was unable to order in room dining online, but the amazing staff made it easy and took my orders over the phone.

It was amazing! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and really went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

The only negative was room service misunderstood one of our orders but they didn’t charge us which was kind

We were upgraded to the pinnacle tower and it was excellent! The staff were great and made us feel extra special with it being my birthday.

When we arrived in our room, there was no complimentary water, no milk, almost empty coffee/tea tray though I didnt bother much, maybe they just simply forgot. Pool is always packed too whenever we stay there. Will aim to book during off peak season next time and will try to stay at the Pinnacle tower, looks much better

This will always be our go-to whenever we want to go for a Staycation simply because my kids love it! They feel like they are special receiving those goodie bags and a free ice cream! :) Staff are also extremely friendly! They will really make you feel that you are a valued guest.

Herbal steam room is a major reason I come but out of our last 3 stays was only working once.

We love this place, pool and spa are so nice. Outdoor pool is always a good temp and spa is very relaxing. Breakfast is amazing. Lovely stay and staff were fab. Very disappointed the herbal steam room is often not working though.

Staff tried to be helpful but weren’t very helpful when it came down to it. We booked a room for 4 people. Only had 3 towels 3 robes and would have been cheaper to book 2 rooms but staff didn’t know how to make it easy - very frustrating
