    Nothing, it was great!

This was my favorite hostel I stayed at during my travels. The facilities were all very sleek and spotlessly clean. The rooms were air-conditioned, comfortable and quiet. My favorite space was the lobby, where you could do work, get a free coffee, and easily meet other guests. I met lots of young people from all around the world. Also great location near the historic part of Bangkok.

Could have had more comfy seating in the reception area.

Room was dark, aircon was great and therefore great sleeping conditions. Bed was comfy as well and shower/toilet area was always clean and well kept.

The uncivilized women in the dorm not knowing how to follow the 11PM all quiet rule. It was very noisy and extremely hard to sleep. I think to solve this problem, there should be a dorm for all people who have built-in microphones in their throat who talk until pass 11pm and for those of us who love a quiet dorm at NIGHT. Before check-in they should be asked “Do you love talking to people all night?” If the answer is yes put them all together. If the answer is no put them in the quiet dorm. So all noisy people can be together in one dorm and people who love a peaceful calm night to sleep can also be all together. I honestly don’t mind if people are shouting at each other from morning until afternoon, I don’t care but at night i don’t like it. In Danang they were very strict with the 10pm all quiet rule. One guy got kicked out. If you guys want a peaceful dorm with civilized travelers, don’t stay here. Rules aren’t followed nor enforced in this hostel. It is EXTREMELY noisy at night. I don’t stay in party hostels because I am aware they party all day all night. It’ll be my fault if I stay in a party hostel and complain about the noise at night but this hostel isn’t a party hostel. In fact there is even a rule that we should be quiet from 11pm onwards. People don’t follow it and it’s not enforced unlike the hostel I stayed in in Danang and i think even if there is no rule it is common sense that at night in any shared space, you should be considerate of other people and to lower your voice and to not talk loudly. It was horrible. I feel like those people grew up in the farm where your nearest neighbor is 5 kms away so they grew up thinking their loudspeaker voice is their normal voice coz in the farm only cows can hear them shout. If you ever want to stay here. Note that if you want to WORK. Work in the morning. It’s very peaceful because people are sleeping.

I like Palm the receptionist, he helped me buy my e-ticket for this Vincent Van Gogh exhibition. I don’t have a Thai bank and they only accept Thai debit cards, not foreign. So I couldn’t buy my e-ticket. He was very helpful, he used his credit card to buy my e-ticket. Location. It’s near restaurants. Near 7-elevens. Near ATMs. Phayathai station is only 3kms away and with BTS you can go anywhere in Bangkok plus the grab bike of course.
