$60 parking per car per night meant that we spent another $120 on top of our room price. That's too much! They are taking advantage of the fact there there is no street parking in the neighborhood and I don't appreciate fleecing your guests like this. Parking should be complementary or at least affordable. I'll come without a car next time but it's LA - that's an inconvenience. While the mattress was very comfortable, the pillow selection was just ok. There was not a single firm pillow for those who prefer that.

I like the whole feel of the hotel - it's like a quirky home away from home. A lot of great attention to detail has gone into this place, like the custom soap in the room, the artwork and decor, the selection of snacks, the cute mini bar. We particularly like the rooftop restaurant with it's lush greenery, excellent food and staff, very nice bar to spend some time, and nightly programming (a piano player on our night there). You can easily just spend your time in the hotel without going anywhere and you'd have an excellent vacation in a place unlike your own. I will definitely come back to stay (but without a car (see note below).

The food was VERY slow at breakfast - and the included breakfast is just a bowl of bread. They can’t make a cup of tea at all well.

Very fun but dated hotel, great Old Hollywood vibe Fabulous roof top pool area

Staff pushing to pay for everything, didn’t feel welcome, goal seemed to maximize daily revenu. checkin one hour early: pay, checkout time as advertised by hotel room information? pay! coffee with the included breakfast (which was only provided after multiple checks, not mentioned by staff, really needed to push for that, reluctantly): drinks not included with breakfast. they didn’t ask to pay for luggage storage; but I wouldn’t have been surprised. rooms filled with lots (really a lot) refreshments. but no pricelist anywhere. maybe it’s common for WeHo hotels, but didn’t feel welcome.

“A beautiful hotel, with well adorned and designed rooms, with a fantastic rooftop pool chill area”

Our room was not ready when we arrived, and we waited 2+ hours to be given a different room eventually. The view from the room was onto a private residence balcony about 3 feet away, it was a terrible view. The meal at dinner on the rooftop was very pricey for only marginal food quality (not at all like the wonderful breakfast). Parking was $60 per day, quite steep, and the alcoholic drinks by the pool were also very costly, at ~$30 each. The rooms had tons of alcohol and snacks laid out for purchase, but no prices on anything so we were scared to even touch them.

The rooftop garden restaurant had excellent ambiance, and same with the pool area. The music was wonderful, watching the trees swaying was great, and the wait staff were very friendly and professional. The room had really nice interior decorating, and a nicely working air conditioning unit. The breakfast buffet was to die for, just amazing! The hallways were very nicely decorated, and ambiance at this entire hotel is just fantastic! The location in West Hollywood was excellent, near most great restaurants, bars and clubs, but not next to them.

The kitschen fan went on one floor above my room and did not stop until I called the Hôtel at 12:30 in the morning to tell them I was unable to sleep and had a very early morning wake up call at 5:00am! They sent someone up to turné of that very annoying fan! The room cost me $733 and I was only able to sleep for three hours! Very disappointing although I loved the concept of the hotel and would like to go back again! Joan Estes

I loved the restaurant and bar!

Bed was on the small size. Pillows extremely soft.

Great location, friendly staff. Close to Weho, public transport to both downtown LA or Santa Monica, plenty of restaurants close bye. Beautiful rooftop pool and bar, with sweeping views of the surrounding area. Property in our opinion would be more suitable to adults rather than family groups. Shower has the best water pressure.

Hotel desperately needs renovation. Only 1 elevator. View from room was not so nice. Booked with "breakfast included", but this was just a small bread basket and anything else will be extra cost. Valet parking very expensive (more than 60$) and no other possibility to park car nearby according to Concierge.

Rooftop terrace and pool is lovely and quiet during the week. Quiet location.

Bathroom, lighting in the room could use updating. Shower head water came out so forcefully it was uncomfortable.
