Second time that I book this hotel - I totally recommend it! The rooms are clean and big, personal ist very helpful and kind and the ambiente is just very cool!

The front of house staff

The front of house staff was very unprofessional and rude, The bar man was very nice and showed us around the hotel. The hotel was elegant and very clean i loved everything about the hotel except the front staff

We had a corner room with wrap around porch and it was amazing. It was close to Victoria yards and great restaurants in maboneng. The front desk was truly helpful and wonderful

The air-con wasn't working and it was cold so we couldn't get the room warm. There wasn't any extra blankets

There was nothing I did not like.

I loved everything about the place like the way it was beautiful, staff was friendly and loving, the guard even helped me crossed the street to grab a cab, my room was so comfy and cute.

Misleading Listing – Needs Updated Photos of the Surroundings The listing should include up-to-date photos of the surrounding area because that alone would have made me avoid booking. Upon arrival, I immediately realized the location wasn’t what I expected and chose to book another place—despite the strict no-refund policy. It’s clear why refunds aren’t offered. Future guests deserve a full, accurate picture before committing.

The outside environment is not the most welcoming but there is security 24/7 and we never felt insecure. Nevertheless l, like in other parts of the city you need to be street-smart!
