“This is a value-for-money hotel, which is easily accessible from the highway, and in a short distance from the city centre of one of the most historical, picturesque cities in the region. As IBIS budget it have all the (non) comfort one could expect from the chain. In other words: book this hotel for price, accessibility and proximity (only with car!) to the town. Oh, and as usual in IBIS Budget the staff is friendly and speak good English”
“Being a Novotel you expect better than Ibis but my experience has been generally hit and miss with Novotel. Room was fine, location quite far from anything useful without the car, so not great if you want to wander around. Many employees didn't speak English which I thought was a bit strange in a touristy place. Service and facilities (apart from the small pool) not above any regular Ibis.”
“It is the best Ibis I stayed in. Rooms are very big, very clean and modern. The Staff was extremely friendly with me. I had a fight with my friend and the receptionist came to talk to me and confort me. She did everything to ease my pain. Also organized the taxi to go to the TGV station of Aix-en-Provence. Very very friendly staff.”
“Near the Ibis which has a good restaurant.”
“Exactly what you might expect from an Ibis budget on an industrial estate. Cheap and cheerless. Advice - check in late, leave early. Transit room only.”
