The staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet with very good variety. The Café downstairs is very cozy, with good drinks, delicious pizza and games. Perfect location, just a few meters from the Canning Town station. Our room was spacious and clean.

The room itself was perfect as well as the staff. The bathroom inside the room had very unique design, like a spaceship bathroom... It had this very unique and futuristic touch, really lovely. Also, the hotel per se was really nice, well equipped. There is a kettle and tea cups with free tea and coffee on the table, enough storage space for all your things (we had just backpacks, so we didn't need it), bed is very comfy. There's train station nearby with the connection to lots of lines and a shopping centre in front of the station
