Cambridge
The ibis Cambridge Central Station has a 24-hour front desk that offers express check-in and check-out. The on-site coffee shop, Chill#2, serves hot and chilled snacks and pizzas, as well as coffee and pastries. Clean, handy to Station. I arrived at 11 in the morning, very hot and tired after much travelling. Much too early to check in, or so I thought. The excellent man at reception actually had my room ready. Unbelievable. Never happened before. Hugely appreciated, and I will continue to stay at Ibis for that reason.

With views over Royal Victoria Dock, ibis London Excel-Docklands is less than a minute walk from the ExCeL exhibition centre and the Emirates Air Line cable car system that leads to the O2 Arena. It features a bar, a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and free Wi-Fi access. Staff were lovely and the room was better than I had expected from an Ibis hotel! We had a lovely big window overlooking the docks. Other than that, it was very clean and comfortable. We were only here for one night for a concert but it was a great location to travel to the O2 (a short walk from the cable cars, my favorite!) and the station next to the ExCel will get you right to Heathrow Airport. The lobby also has nice areas to relax in with a bar and I believe a little tuck shop, but as we were only there for one night we didn't get a chance for a good look.

Plymouth
On one of the major routes into the city, the Ibis Plymouth is just 7.25 km from the Tamar Science Park and the convention centre. The Eden project and the beaches of Cornwall are just 45 minutes' drive away. I had to stay for 2 wks with my dog while my husband was in hospital. It was the lovely friendly Staff that made my stay. They were not only friendly to me and my dog but also asked after my husband. Every evening I would sit in the cosy sitting area with sofas and my dog was welcome as well as in the bar/restaurant area. The room is not large but very comfortable and the bed was comfy as well. I stayed in January but the room was always warm enough. I ate in the Hotel every evening and the food is very good., maybe not the sort of food for a diet, but hearty comfort food and a delicious sticky toffee pudding! The rooms are in a separate building right next to Reception and Bar/Restaurant but I found that much easier with the dog as I could take her straight from the car parked in front of the room. I would definitely stay again.

The Ibis Budget Salford Quays is a 5min walk from Media City, approx 10min walk to Old Trafford, and there are tram connections next door to it (approx 10-15mins to city centre). Perfect location for football, cricket, gigs at the Victoria Warehouse, and trips into the city.
Stayed here before - its not the cheapest hotel on the Airport but it's far superior to either of the Ibis Hotels available much lower.. We stayed the night before a flight - room is as you would expect and the food in the bar, although pricey is reasonably good quality
Considering the price of £240 for one night that didn't even include breakfast isn't the cost I'd associate with the word 'budget'. When seeing inside the room I realised why this was called Ibis budget. The most I've ever paid for so little, for one nights stay in a hotel.
The staff at ibis Budget Manchester Salford Quays are friendly. The location of the hotel was very convenient as the tram station is only 5 minutes if you want to get to Central Manchester quickly. The breakfast was amazing for a relatively cheap hotel.
Birmingham airport hotel (Ibis Budget). Room was more basic than expected for the price, the Mattress on the bed was very poor, and would not compare to cheaper hotels such as Travel lodge or Premier Inn Hotels,
Everything was fine in terms of facilities but it was rather expensive. The IBIS Budget in Birmingham was cheaper
Did book this hotel we were moved from the ibis hotel down the road as they over book but I still paid the some price or though the budget one was cheaper no tea kettle in room or bar and restaurant and I also paid for cooked breakfast which they didn’t do this in the budget hotel
