Good quiet room, ideal for resting. I love that there are two tables, a comfortable place to open my suitcase and more spaces where I can deploy my things. The bed is very comfortable, They provide a kettle, cups, tea and sugar. Breakfast is quite varied. Many small details, for example there is a flashlight. I could watch Youtube on the TV. Location is in Cikini neihgborhood.

If you want something simple yet nice, Ibis Pasteur is your choice. Check in was easy with no fuss, and just any Accor group hotel, their lobby smells really really nice and calming. Breakfast was tasty with enough option to start the day. House keeping was very good at doing their job. Thank you Opik Hidayat for making us an adorable towel puppy.

The location is near to the event we would like to attend. I love they only provide toothpaste and other bath amenities based on demand. It reduces possibilities to consume and taking anything unnecessary which could wasted. I myself always bring our bath amenities.

My recent stay at Ibis Surabaya Tidar was quite pleasant overall. The hotel's central location was undoubtedly one of its biggest assets, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities in Surabaya. Additionally, their commitment to sustainability by offering refills for water in glass jugs instead of plastic bottles was commendable and appreciated. The food quality was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the Vegetarian and Amante di Carne Pizza, which was truly delightful.
Breakfast was OK but we lucked out, the hotel closed for maintenance while we were there and we got a free upgrade to the Grand Mercure, with which the Ibis shares the building, staff and pool.

breakfast is so so, coffee at the breakfast is good. currently Hotel does not provide in house massage service, location is great, so far ibis hotel is my choice
