Breakfast was prepared on te spot according guest's request. Very helpfull person .
The location was very close to the town centre and the harbour. and easily accessed from all directions. It even had it's own private car park with your own place to park according to which house you were in. The accommodation was first class and the staff very friendly and helpful, they interacted with the quests at breakfast in the morning and the craic was good. Well done to Helena and the staff.
The owner is a former chef at a excellent restaurant in Dingle. This is his retirement. You feel it at breakfast, when he serves you the scrambled eggs with salmon. And now his son and daughter in law runs the restaurant downtown. Be sure to visit it if you have the budget for it. Of course called Half Door Restaurant.
The room was very clean and brilliant location. Lovely friendly staff. For one night it suited our needs perfectly. It has a seperate entrance so easy to get in and out. Had tea and coffee, and all the basics you would require . Pub underneath also does food. It is walking distance from the centre of the town. Would stay here again. We got the budget small double but if you need bigger go for the bigger rooms. Would stay here again.
We loved the view from the house in general (not our room sadly), the brand new feel of our room and the comfort we experienced there. The bed was comfortable, the hair dryer was a proper strong one (super appreciated!), the shower was fabulous and the furniture felt luxurious and chosen with intention rather than just whatever was cheapest. This I also highly appreciate when I stay somewhere!
