The property is adorable and location is great. One block off the main loop in town. We left super early one morning for a long hike, and the owner (who is very sweet) arranged for us to have breakfast earlier than it's normally served.

This was my third stay at this Pousada over the past four years. The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. In the evening, we enjoyed relaxing on the reception area veranda, talking with other guests and having a cold drink. The gardens are also beautiful. The addition of air conditioning since my last visit made our stay even more comfortable.

Surrounded by the green Chapada dos Veadeiros plateau in Cavalcante, this guest house features a pool and a dry sauna.

The place itself is amazing! Like, it use to be an old farm. The accommodations are large with great bathrooms. Everything very well cleaned up! Staff is very polite and supportive! Good breakfast. There is also a good menu for lunch or dinner. My wife had lunch and she said it was delicious. I’d certainly stay at Vale das Araras again!
