First time at this hotel on our way to Italy. Clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely area. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff excellent. There is a restaurant but we didn’t eat. Parking at the hotel.

One of the best locations in my life. Standing at the terrace and watching the sunset over Lake Luzern was just outstanding. Great, very friendly staff, together with delicious food. Can you imagine anything more?

Beautiful position and views. Kind staff. Clean. Quiet. Great pool and equipment for children. We stayed during a heatwave, but we’re very comfortable with the fans and opened windows :)

This hotel was in the perfect location for exploring the streets of Lucerne. There was no check in person, but communication via messages was good. The rooms had a good view and was nice and clean and quiet.
