Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, Waverley Inn is a Victorian era pub build around 1886 which offers pet-friendly accommodation 10-15 minutes' walk from Newport. Free private parking is available on site.

This property had lots of character & the food in the pub was delicious! We especially enjoyed the Sunday Roast & the breakfast was an excellent start to our morning. The owners & staff were all so friendly, welcoming, & helpful. Our double room was very spacious and comfortable with an oversized bathroom. Do understand this is a pub with rooms, not a modern hotel. That’s really the charm of it & my husband & I are so glad we chose to stay here! An added benefit of staying here is a really central location on the Isle of Wight so you can get around quite quickly. Carisbrooke Castle and Newport are even within walking distance.

For us the location by the fast cat was ideal. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good value .The bed very comfortable ,the room clean and warm ,perfect 👌🏻

The Union Inn is the oldest pub in Cowes, offering individually styled boutique rooms just a 5-minute walk from the bustling marina. It has a bar and a restaurant serving traditional home-cooked food.

Cowes ferry terminal is only 200 metres away, whilst many of the historic yacht clubs are also within a few minutes’ walk. Charming shops, pubs and restaurants surround the Inn.

It was close to town and the seafront. It felt like a ‘safe place’ as I was familiar with The Union. I have eaten and drank many many times as I live in Cowes.

The location was very good and the staff friendly and efficient. Our room was comfortable and clean. The food was good but the dinner menu was a bit limited if you don't eat fish(although the fish was excellent).

most exited was about the greeting and welcoming-the most impressed that I was actually was led to the room (often in stays I am just given the keys), the bed lights was lit and soft music was in the room before I stepped into the room. the gardens arount the inn- it depends you want to be surrounded by people or was a quiet meal- you can choose. the parking is free, just need to register the car at the bar.

The room and bathroom was bigger than I expected. The bed was super comfortable the best sleep I had in days after travelling. Their food dinner menu is interesting, from wild boar to rabbit to pheasant dishes. Sadly, the wild boar burger was sold out when I arrived, so I tried the pheasant dish and it was very good. Friendly staff and their breakfast is fantastic.

My husband and I had a super pleasant stay at the fishbourne. We brought our bikes on the ferry and this delightful inn was the perfect base for cycling trips around the island, we went through Ryde and Seaview one day, then around Newport and Cowes the next. The Inn is very close to the ferry dock but feels peaceful, quiet and secluded. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we particular enjoyed the complementary breakfast. The whole experience was great and incredible value for money! It was the perfect weekend getaway
