Check in was super easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean & spacious and the bathroom was great - new appliances, hot water and good water pressure. Bonus that it's above an awesome pub!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating .It is an old school Public House and it was satisfactory for what we needed,a bed for the night .I do think however that it needs a little upgrading . Obviously the price would be higher if this were to happen .

breakfast was great room was excellent - we were upgraded to a bigger room for free fabulous staff amazing choice of Gin pub was very busy when we arrived - all tables in the pub and restaurant were full - booking recommended if you want to eat very quiet - no disturbance from others or the road

As vegetarians we have had some very indifferent breakfasts in other places, the Norfolk Arms was excellent, hot, served quickly and very well cooked. The room we had was over the main entrance door so we expected some noise but we never heard anything. Bed and pillows very comfortable, will definitely stay again
