Host Ian was super helpful and thoughtful giving guidance where to walk the South West Coast path, how to travel around the region, best places to eat and more. The apartment was super clean and comfortable in a great location with everything you need to cook and relax or head out to the harbour/beach for dinner.

Lovely staff. Great location, just a short walk into St Ives and the shops and beaches and galleries. . Free parking which is very difficult to come by in St Ives. Great breakfasts. Comfy bed. Coffee machine in bedroom. Lovely En Suite. Tasteful interior design of the guest house. Great view from the dining room, which overlooks a golden, sandy beach. Very reasonable rates when we went in March.

Excellent location in the middle of countryside – if you’re in search of silence, bird songs and cozy rooms in old building for relatively good price then that’s the spot. The have excellent kitchen with decent breakfast and bar. The guest house is an ancient building though rooms are very clean and cozy.

What a gem of a place! Incredibly welcoming house, instantly making you feel as if you’ve just come home. Lovely rooms, a communal kitchen and dining room, laundry facilities, breakfast laid on, and of course the lovely old pub The Tinner’s Arms just next door. Can’t recommend this place enough, we didn’t want to leave!

Good location with wonderful view of Porthminster beach. Our sea view room was very comfortable with good bed and bedding and modern decor. The bathroom was spacious with a double washbasin and effective shower although it was in a bath.Breakfast & dinner were good with very attentive girl waiting at table at dinner.

Zennor is in an insanely peaceful town, but staying at the Tinners Arms really feels like you're a fantasy adventurer who's wandered to a tavern and met sociable and hospitable group. I was here looking for inspiration for a story, and I've certainly found a lot here and from the church next door.
