Absolutely amazing place! Such a find! A really short walk to the o2 (under 10 mins), lovely pub, amazing room with lots of space (and nice and warm), lovely fresh breakfast and awesome staff

Accomodation and facilities were excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. Great breakfast was included and other meals were also very good. Ideal quiet location. Would happily stay there again.

The room was very clean and modern with very comfortable bed.The shower was excellent as was the amount of towels .provided. The little touches like orange juice and porridge provide for breakfast was great.Tea and Coffee was plentiful.The greeting in the bar was very friendly and food in pub was excellent.Perfect location for O2 Arena.

The room was very clean and seemed fairly recently decorated. There was interesting artwork all around the property, including in the bedroom. Shared bathroom facilities were very clean. The hallway stairs and landings had brand new carpet, which was very cheerful. Having tea / coffee making facilities on the landing was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly; the whole place felt safe and welcoming, even to a lone traveller.

Our room was fantastic , and I loved the stylish bathroom. The room was spacious and elegant, Breakfast service was very good and the fruit options and yogurt were great. Sunday evening pub service was good and Michaela and the team really spoiled us . I had the lamb carvery which was delicious and the pork came with perfect crackling and vegetables not overcooked Yum. Monday evening we had a number of Indian dishes for dinner and we were blown away. Top marks chef....the best I have had ever.
