The food which was included - breakfast and dinner was nothing special but more than enough and also there was plenty of choice, so anyone would find something that they like. The room was cozy and really clean.

The view from the hotel and the swimming pools was amazing - you could see the mountains, the forest and the town from above. The spa facilities were great - three swimming pools, two saunas, two steam rooms, freezing room, special tropical and winter showers, massages. The breakfast was very tasty and various, there was a lunch menu and the dinner a la cart was delicious. The staff was very kind and everything was very clean

The SPA is really great and unique. The location is quiet and beautiful. And the breakfast and dinner is very rich.

The expectations are mixed. Location is great. The rest is doubtful. One can see that the place has seen better times. Bit overpriced for current condition of everything. Bed was great on one side. Breakfast was fine, but dinner was not cooked o.k. so one had to choose between several dishes to match what was fine. The place has enough pools & facilities, but not enough loungers for all the people - no matter which place you choose to try.

Staff on the receptions was always very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious with wide variety of food. Spa facilities are one of the best in the town.

A spacious and clean apartment. Comfy beds and sofa, big kitchen and dinning table, easy parking and access. Close to SPA hotels and the city center. Relatively quiet area and neighbours. Check-in was very easy as well as the communication with the host.

The hotel is located 2 km away from the city center. To reach the center you can go by foot or a taxi. The water is the pool was perfect,the breakfast, lunch and dinner were great-delicious, good value for money. To save the disappointment of the city that is sinking in ruins you can stay in the hotel where everything is provided-pool,food,sauna,massage. Very friendly owners.If we go back in Velingrad definitely we will book again here.
