I stayed here for the night passing through from Austria to Italy, and wanted to cycle up to Juf. The whole way up the views were stunning and ever changing, and Innerferrara is lovely and quiet, and a 5 minute walk from the river. I had a nice filling dinner, the room was lovely and spatious, the shower nice and large. The host was very kind and attentive, made sure everyone was looked after. The breakfast was really good, it's a perfect place to stay to do hiking and cycling in the area, and I would love to come back and stay there again in future!

Surrounded by scenic hiking routes, Berghaus Männlichen provides bright rooms with country-style décor. Many have a private bathroom. Perfect location in the hearth of the mountains! Views! Sunset! All included in the price, except for weather, but we were lucky :) Very good food at the restaurant. In fact, this is rather a mountain hotel, not just a hut. Just have in mind, that you shouldn't miss the last cable car from Grindelwald Terminal, otherwise you won't easily get there and you risk that the reception will be closed. Of course, there is not much to do than enjoying the quiet evening in the mountains after the last gondola stops operating. But this is an advantage! Tip: if you want to go back on the next day to Grindelwald, don't go directly from the top. First take a walk to Kleine Scheidegg which is very easy and extremely beautiful. Then you will have two options: either take a train, either continue hike.

The village can only be reached by cable car. Pets are not allowed on the hotel grounds. Charming family run boutique hotel in the heart of Bettmeralp. Very welcoming and attentive owners and staff. Easy walk from the cableway. Excellent restaurant- but be sure to make reservations as it was completely full both nights we stayed.

You can cook for yourself, and there is a Coop just a minute’s walk away. 10/10!!!! Amazing place and location. So relaxing, it feels like heaven. Included free private parking, pet friendly, everything so new in the apartment! Can’t wait to be back at Casa La Roda
