Set on the car-free Rigi Mountain, Hotel Rigi Klösterli can only be reached by cogwheel train. It features an on-site restaurant and free Wi-Fi in the lounge. It's a place where you can disconnect. Great in combination with a hiking trip. Affordable for 1 person. Nice and friendly staff. There is an antique quirkiness about the place: you are encouraged to wear wool slippers that they provide, urinals and faucets are new but old school (you need to turn handles not just lift). Close to many hiking trails and you can explore the Rigi area if based here.
