We have stayed in many places including hotels, villas and B&B and agriturismo. Auberge de la Cholotte is one of our top 2. We were made to feel very welcome and Angelica provided the most delicious, home cooked meal at late notice. The bedroom with en-suite was spacious and very comfortable. This is not your usual ' get the customers in and out' type of place. This has a family home feel, where there is alot of love and sense of peace. This, combined with the setting in the woodland, animals and ponies grazing in the fields gives it quite a spiritual feel. I imagine in the summer when you can sit outside and be surround by nature, it would also be amazing. We loved it and really hope to return.

Covered parking for our motorbike was a bonus, esp. since we had overnight rain showers. The piece of meat for my main course at dinner was about the tenderest I've tasted - and cooked exactly a point. It's a pity that the other parts of the meal didn't live up to this high standard.
