Dating back to the 1600s, The Three Tuns is set overlooking Chepstow Castle. Retaining its charming original features, the inn offers traditional accommodation, live music on weekends, homemade food and a pretty beer garden. Our room was a little shabby, but knowing that this room was built 70 years after Henrik VIII chopped the heads of his wife s makes it understandable. So 10 points overall.

Situated just 2 minutes from the Aztec West industrial park and the M4/M5 interchange, this secret hideaway nestles on the south-eastern edge of the Severn Vale, in the village of Lower Almondsbury. The Severn Estuary can be seen from the inn. All rooms are en suite and have a unique style. It was a tipic village hotel in a pub house the room had an English charm nice view to gardens comfortable bed. The breakfast was super and the pub can serve good beers and excellent steaks. The staff was very kind.
