During our beautiful stay, we learned that initially the building served as a stable for animals and a barn, being later transformed into a living space and guesthouse. Everything was superlative, clean, comfortable, bohemian. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back here.

It’s a small family-run hotel in the Alps and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a warm and comfy vibe, and everything was super clean. The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. I would like to specially thank Barbara, who was incredibly kind and made a delicious dinner for me and my kids when we got there late at night and kitchen wasn’t already working. It made us feel so happy and thankful. The breakfast was authentic with local products and very delicious.

Irina and Angelo are the consummate hosts and you can tell that they tastefully designed their villa for comfort and convenience. Villa Giade has been open for only a couple of years and the care that was taken in designing it shows in every detail! Adding to the convenience of their location is the restaurant (with a beautiful patio) located within the same building. Sit back and enjoy a fantastic meal prepared by Chef Angelo and son, Luca. Our first nights dinner was so good that we opted to do the “Blind Dinner” the second night. Angelo did not disappoint! Irina’s eye for design carries over from the villa to the restaurant where it can be appreciated right down to the dishes and flatware! Our visit was in the off season but it was easy to see why this would be the perfect place to come back to after a day in St. Moritz!

He told us all about what to do in the area, how to get there, where to park etc. His wine bar is second to none and we go to try some of the best Italian wines and spirits - no nasty cheap stuff. The property is very sustainable and supporting local producers which you can experience during a delicious breakfast. We will be back for sure to explore mountains bay bike. The town of Morbegno is justly so lovely with excellent places to eat and stroll around. A first class local stay!

Gasthof Erzherzog Rainer - Zimmer und Ferienwohnung se află în Kössen, la 30 km de Cazinoul Kitzbuhel, și pune la dispoziție o terasă, un bar și parcare privată gratuită. Hotel was interesting, incredibly cosy and our room was sweet, bed was very comfortable. All the owners were helpful and super nice. Restaurant downstairs couldn't have been better, food was just so tasty. We would recommend this family run Austrian style place to anyone who are hoping to stay in Kössen area. We loved our stay in Gasthof Erzherzog Reiner.

The room was clean and new. Under the B&B you find a charming trattoria. It is a bit more fine dining than casual with good food, also there are a lot of options for food in the area. We visited Lago di Sirio before and it was convenient and beautiful to stay near the lake and enjoy a swim & tanning at nearby Chalet Moia. With a view of the surrounding mountains this is one of our favorite places in Italy to enjoy a vacation with locals and barely any tourists. The new B&B gave us the opportunity to relive our memories of the lake & the trattoria when we were here 5 years ago. We will be back for sure since we visit the area every year. Thank you for the friendly service & warm greetings every day. The staff helped us with a wine opener and playing cards and all in all they were super helpful when we were there. Also say hi to the friendly cat!
