The 4 poster bed was really comfortable. The room was quite big. There were 2 large armchairs where we sat and watch the amazing view from the room's large windows. The bathroom was really spacious and had the same amazing lake view with the room. The hosts were so nice, we had breakfast only one time but the cook took care of us personally. The gardens were so beautiful, surrounded by trees, singing birds, amazing lake views and unforgetable moments. We had a really pleasant stay at Antica Locanda La Tinara del Belvedere. I strongly recommend this place especially for a romantic getaway ;)

For us their breakfast was not enough, but you can choose some extras (cheese,salami,bread plateau) for 5€ and that is ok. The staff was very nice.

Great location. Great facilities. Would stay again. Sheryl was a fantastic host! She went out of her way to organise a dinner booking at a fantastic restuaraunt in Menaggio when the whle town was booked out!.
Location was amazing very helpful staff free parking after a 6 hour drive from colmar reception guy was excellent squeezed us onto terrace for dinner kids swam in lake whilst we finished off a bottle of wine until midnight . Basic but enough breakfast in the morning refreshed for onward journey to ancona . British family road tripping around Europe and greece
Great property close to train station - less than 10 minute walk. Air conditioning was key on the hot days we had! The upper “4th” bedroom gets a bit hotter than rest of house. But plenty of room for a family of six! Sergio went over and beyond helping us make dinner reservations and answering any questions we had. Wonderful space for our multi generational family trip :)
This hotel was a gamble, approx. 40 minutes of our travel along Lake Como to get to Lichtenstein, but the drive there was fabulous. Proper bendy country roads straight up in the mountains. There is not much to do around, but the dinner in the restaurant was very reasonable priced and it was a lovely steak. The view around the hotel is spectacular, rooms have been recently decorated/refurbished ( need a couple of covings, but but ). I woke up early next morning with Deer grassing on the field just outside my room :-)
The property retained much of its rustic charm and the staff were delightful, friendly and helpful. We had dinner twice here and both meals were delicious - it was a really pleasant experience.
Our stay at the Essentia Guest House was satisfying. The host is very friendly and offers the best service. We had both dinner and breakfast at the house and both meals were delicious! And the view is picturesque!
Beautifully decorated in a rustic style in keeping with a traditional Italian home. The whole place felt like something out of a Italian novel! Our room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable. The restaurant was friendly and comfortable with a lovely outdoor terrace. Our breakfast was fresh and delicious. We stayed for dinner each evening we were there and the food was prepared and presented to such a high standard we could have been in a top class restaurant. The owners were so friendly and welcoming. We hope to return some day!
