Great view and wonderful fixtures. But what made this a once in a lifetime stay was the owner. She picked us up from a nearby onsen in a typhoon after noticing we didn’t make it back while all taxis and buses were shut down. Truly a lifesaver and so grateful for our stay at Kappa Tengoku!

Great big room, clean, comfortable, warm in a Lovely old building. Friendly hosts, I booked last minute while cycling around Tokyo bay and was greeted with a smile, a great recommendation for somewhere to eat late at night and they allowed me to store my bicycle inside overnight. I would definitely say again if I am back in Yokosuka anytime.

The location is basically right in Chinatown and you are steps from everything. I would say the location is the best part of this booking. The Chinese style decor was cute and the bay windows were pretty. Good shower/pressure. Good communication with owner and entries to building and room were by security code only. There is a very small kitchenette, which we did not use that included microwave and mini fridge.
