The guest house Is very close to the main station, very quiet and clean place to stay.

Nice and clean place had almost everything we needed. It was more spacious than most hotels we stayed during the Japanese trip. Host responded my messages very quickly. Helped us with suit cases storage before check in and after check out. Introduced places for visiting and dinning.

one of the best experiences you can have when traveling japan, especially if you plan visiting Nora and would like to get to know the countryside. run by an amazing and warm-hearted couple. you can feel their heart and love for details/authenticity. I strongly recommend to order the japanese dinner and breakfast. after a long flight, I had the best sleep since a long time. hope I come back some day with by gf (thanks again for the gift!) and/or brother/sister.

I almost don't want to leave a review as I don't want anyone else to know about it. Just book it, it is as nice as the photos. 13 course dinner was epic.

It’s a nice quiet and relaxing ryokan. It’s close to the deer park and Toudaiji Temple. The facilities were clean. The kaiseki dinner is worth it. The room was bigger than I expected — as a solo traveler. Overall I enjoyed the relaxing stay.

Quiet place especially at night. Just you and the lovely deers. Inn is located close to Wakakusa. Go up the hill, find a spot and catch the sunset with deers around you. It’s beautiful. Staff are nice and also cozy place. Most of the restaurants around this area close by 5pm or earlier so remember to get your food, snack or whatever bites you want at Family Mart near Nara Station first before heading to the Inn.

Amazing location, really simple and comfortable inn, and amazing staff! Laundry services and kitchen area in the common space were great as well

The host was really kind to us. The guest house and the room were clean and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The dinner we shared was also a great and unforgettable moment. I totally recommend this place and will come back without hesitation if I travel again to Kansai !

About an hour by train and bus from Nara, a great opportunity for spending a night or more near a beautiful buddhistic temple. Great guest house, especially the attached bath house makes for a great experience. The food (both dinner and breakfast) is definitely wort paying the upcharge.
