location is very good you can go to old town and beaches by walking only in 1o mins, , having parking space is excellent , because on that are most problem is to have proper parking, they have very good restaurant for the dinner and the room was very clean. breakfast is not bad not also very good fair enough for a morning start.

The pictures reflect a true picture of the property. The owners were lovely assisted us when we had problems with an arranged taxi that we had previously booked to take us back to the airport, she arranged alternative transport. It is a stone throw away from the beach and lovely eating places. It is very rustic we split our holiday so we had 5 star accommodation prior to our stay here but both experiences were fantastic.

Good, clean hotel, good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, good and rich breakfast. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant at reasonable prices. The location of the hotel is about 200 - 300 meters from the beach.

Alex is the greatest host we meet in our trip. Super friendly, welcoming, helpful and always available on site to assist. Parking was sorted by Alex, which in Budva can be crazy and very difficult. The location of the guest house is perfect, 10 mins walk from the old town and Budva's beaches. The room was well cleaned and with all basic essentials.

We loved the update to a three bedroom penthouse instead of a two bed apartment. Dinner at the seafront restaurant was excellent and so was our waiter that night. The escape beach and restaurant was super

Staff was very nice. Facilities are very good, breakfast was wonderful and wide variety. Dinner is also wonderful, and 15 Euros per person, its honestly as cheap as you can eat in Budva. Highly recommend.

Pretty much everything - great spot. The staff were so sweet. Our room was huge and so clean (room: Dahlia) - it got cleaned and linen changed everyday. Pool was good and had a great view. Great space around the pool with big parasols and space for my baby to play. Lots of pool floaties and swings for our baby. The food was actually really nice for lunches and dinners. Good Aperol spritz which isnt always easy to do.
