It was everything prepared for my arrival - it was warm already in the apartment . Owner was contacting me if I would like to have a dinner. What time will I arrive . Perfect
Fantastic location and outstanding restaurant, our dinners outside at the fireplace with a view on the river have been excellent with great service. Excellent room for two guests, somewhat crowded for a family of three (two parents and one teenager).
Staff all very friendly and accommodating. Fresh roasted coffee is delicious and all cooking was top notch. Recommend dinner and breakfast. Outstanding location for hiking/trail running or just the Flåm railway trip. I'll definitely return. Tomasz also has 3 amazing big dogs.
- The hotel was nearly empty the day we were in. We booked the best room rather central room at the first floor (upstairs) with a balcony facing the view. It was really superb. It is to note that not all the rooms are alike and a proportion are on the road. - For the dinner we had a buffet. Exceptional. Sea and meat. Wide selection. Very good. - The breakfeast buffet was also very good. - The surrounding village and countryside.
The tent was very comfortable and with all the facilities, the bathroom was very clean and modern. The host was very nice to us and we had a fantastic dinner inside! The property is a gem
The location was fantastic. Stunning views. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Ate dinner at both restaurants and had drinks and coffee at the bar. Three stories with large glass windows offered fabulous views every time we ate. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
Special place, gives an old north-European guest house vibe. The staff is really nice and pleasant, the facilities are clean and well kept. There is a small restaurant/bar for dinner or a drink in the evening, and in the morning the breakfast is great.
Wonderfull, cozy and rustic historic hotel, we stayed at a very decent period room and had a wonderfull dinner. Excellent staff, and i would definitely recomend staying there for a very relaxing experience
I enjoyed meeting the community in the local bar below. The overall feeling was more like a tavern/inn where locals gathered to enjoy their evening. The surrounding areas should also be great for hiking trips and when the weather is getting better for surfing
