We were impressed by the hosts' kindness, the cleanliness, the wide selection of food, and the wonderful buffet, especially for breakfast and dinner. The spa was lovely, very clean, and diverse. We were particularly delighted by the complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the ski resort each day. We were amazed by the professionalism of all the staff and the overall service at the Hotel. Its proximity to the center and the ski resort (approximately 600-700 meters) was inconsequential due to the consistently punctual and efficient shuttle bus service, running from 8 am to 10:30 am. And we came back as well with shuttle bus. Driver was very kind. Stuff was helpful and efficient for my children and me. Everything is far walking distance from amazing clubs to restaurants. Stuff organized all our wishes immediately without delay. 🇦🇩 Andorra is like fairytale and people are angels and full of patience. For sure we will come again.
