It felt like a resort experience without a resort price. The room was really well laid-out, the bed was comfortable although not very large. It didn't have a kitchen, but it did have a good minifridge. Complimentary water bottles on arrival. The bathroom is giant, with two showers, and a French-style bidet. The swimming pool, jaccuzzi, sauna, and steam room facilities were AMAZING. The staff were very helpful, and kindly extended our check-out time with no charge. The price of the buffet at the restaurant was a bit expensive, but if you use skip a cleaning (with the Skip & Gain tab on the doorhandle), they give you a 25 AED discount at the restaurant or gym.

Located in the center of Al Ain, Four Points by Sheraton Al Ain is in direct conjunction with Hili Mall. The three-story mall features about 120 retail outlets.

We decided to go stay there just for one day then we extended it we love it so much, Super comfortable beds tv bathroom all are amazing And very kind receptionist the Indian guy night shift and Dennis they are very welcoming for sure we will be back.

Just like home away from home, with great hospitality team. Would be great if they have loyalty program or occasional special offers. Did not try facilities such as gym or swimming pool, neither had breakfast in the hotel so cannot judge food quality or variety. Hotel is also in a quiet location but also in walking distance from the beautiful Alain mall.
