From the moment I opened the door, I felt the energy of cleanliness and care. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, reflecting an investment full of class and elegance. The interior design was stunning – the bed was incredibly comfortable with satin-white sheets, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, ideal for rest. The bathroom was sparkling clean, and the breakfast was served with genuine warmth and hospitality. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and the on-site parking made everything easier. As a hospitality professional myself, I can say this place exceeded expectations. It's the perfect spot to experience the beauty of Berat in style and comfort.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is good as it’s quiet, but close to the old town within walking distance. You really can relax in this five-star hotel.

The location was perfect, close to downtown, everything was clean and the place looks like recently renovated.

The house, location and hospitality was wonderful. I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our stay here. The host was super helpful with directions, we felt very, very safe. This was a definite 10 out of 10 and we will for sure be returning next year.
